Larry Cavagnaro has been building and remodeling homes in Columbia County NY and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. A family construction company, Larry and his son Matt, an engineering graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, work with a dedicated crew of over a dozen experienced employees. Projects range from high end custom homes to small renovations and light commercial work.
The majority of the homes we have built are second homes for NYC residents. We are experts in the Columbia County area. We truly enjoy sharing our extensive knowledge with clients that are new to the area.
We are fully insured and use the latest in construction techniques. Our homes are energy efficient and we have done many green and healthy homes. Our reputation has been built on decades of trust with our clients, employees, and subcontractors.
